Econic Fair 2025 (7th November to 9th November, 2025)

By purchasing any products during this Sale, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions

1. Sale Overview

All products are being sold at cost to make, meaning we are selling products at the same price paid to our suppliers without any profit margin or at the cost incurred for manufacturing.

No additional coupons or discount codes are applicable during this Sale.

2. Shipping Policy

A flat, non-refundable shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged on all orders. Customers have the option to opt out of returns/exchanges at checkout. If selected, the ₹99 shipping fee will be waived.

In this case, products become non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Orders with ₹99 shipping are subject to our normal return and exchange policy.

Orders with waived shipping (chosen as "No Return" option) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

4. Changes to Sale Terms

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any part of the Sale or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Why is everything being sold at cost price?

Most sales mark up prices first and then show big discounts later.

We’ve never done that. For a year, we’ve shown the cost to make transparently.

This weekend, we’re taking it one step further.  Everything is available at the cost to make.

No markups. No margins. No tricks.

2. Why is there a ₹99 shipping fee?

The ₹99 fee covers logistics and handling. Since products are already sold at cost to make.

3. How do I get free shipping?

If you choose the “No Return/No Exchange” option at checkout, your ₹99 shipping fee will be waived. However, this means you won’t be able to return or exchange the product, unless you receive a wrong/damaged product.

4. Can I use a discount coupon on my order?

No extra coupons or promotional codes can be applied during Econic Fair 2025.

5. What if the product arrives damaged/wrong?

If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, we’ll help replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

8. When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days and will reach you in 5-7 days, depending on your location.
